Important Dates
Exhibition Dates and Times
Monday 17th August 2026 - 12:00pm to 3:00pm; 4.00 to 6.30pm. (Exhibitor Afternoon Tea 3:15pm to 3.45pm)
Tuesday 18th August 2026 - 8:40am to 3:00pm
Exhibitor Afternoon Tea
Take a break, meet other exhibitors and enjoy some light refreshments, Monday 18th August from 3:15pm to 3.45pm on the Mezzanine Floor of the TSB Stadium.
Arrival and Set up Times
Set up is from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday 16th August and from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Monday 17th August.
NB: Deliveries can only be accepted on Friday 14th August due to lack of storage space - so please organise your deliveries accordingly.
A member of our organising committee will be available at the venue between 12:00pm and 5:00pm on Sunday 16th August, from 8:00am on Monday 17th August and Tuesday 18th August, should you require any assistance. Organising committee members can be identified by a yellow lanyard and blue name tag with Taranaki Careers Expo logo on it.
If you require access to the venue outside of these times, please contact Isaac Dowden, TSB stadium Event Coordinator.
Booths
Every single booth is 3m wide x 2m deep with black partitions between separate booths and has:
• 1 x power point
• 1 x trestle table (1.8m)
• 2 x chairs.
Please notify the Taranaki Careers and Training Expo Trust should you have any changes to this allocation.
NB: The partitions surrounding the booths are black. You can pin or use velcro dots but not staple onto these.
All electronics, including multi-plugs and extension leads, must be tagged and tested.

At the Expo
Catering
Complimentary refreshments are provided for all exhibitors upstairs on the mezzanine floor of the TSB Stadium.
There will also be a cafe on site selling food items in the foyer of the stadium.
Closing time
Please be prepared to stay until 3:00pm on Tuesday 18th August as this is the advertised time of the expo. Should you need to pack up early due to flights etc, please consider leaving some brochures at your booth so the public will still be able to make contact. All equipment must be removed from the venue by midday Wednesday, 19 August at the latest.
Floor Plan
The 2025 floor plan is available HERE. A 2026 floor plan will be available closer to the date.
Toilets
Are sited off the foyer of the TSB Stadium.
Exhibitor Tags
Please wear a name tag or organisation pin. This will allow access to the Exhibitors Lounge and Cafe and assist TSB Stadium staff and Expo committee members to identify you.
Internet
Wi-Fi is available. Details will be provided prior to the event.
Secondary Schools
Approximately 3000 secondary school students from throughout Taranaki will visit the Expo over the two days. A schedule of school arrival times will be emailed to you prior to the event.
